How can Killie get the fans back into the ground?

Everyone who has seen Killie play in the past year has been impressed with the standard of the attacking, flowing football that has been displayed, the team's league position is as healthy as it has been for five years. The team is well populated by players who have developed throught the youth system, and yet- the crowds are stuck around the 5000 mark if there is a good visiting support.
What do the club need to do to find the other 3000 who were turning up regularly only a couple of years ago?
It's time for Killie fans to speak up. Give us your suggestions, and we'll take them to Michael Johnston on your behalf. These are perilous financial times for the club, maybe your suggestion is the one that could save the club! It really is that serious.
