Team news first and Alan Johnson is expected to select an almost identical one, to the side that beat St Mirren. Kilmarnock have three players out through injury, those being James Fowler, David Silva and Ismael Bouzid. For the Dons however, Michael Hector plays his final game for the team before returning to his parent club and new loan signing Alan Tate goes straight in to Aberdeen's starting XI. Andrew Considine and Clark Robertson are out on the sidelines.
Regarding game statistics between the sides, Aberdeen have won the last three out of five games, Kilmarnock have won one and both sides have drawn one. Can Killie swing the stats back in their favour? We shall have to see.
