HOW DO YOU RATE OUR CHANCES OF SURVIVAL?
DATE | OPPOSITION | HOME/AWAY |
27/02/10 | MOTHERWELL | Away |
06/03/10 | HIBERNIAN | Away |
09/03/10 | RANGERS | Home |
24/03/10 | HAMILTON | Home |
27/03/10 | CELTIC | Away |
03/04/10 | ABERDEEN | Home |
Well it's getting to that time of year again when have a look at how we've done so far in the season, and then we ask ourselves - can we survive? Well JJ's resignation and JC's appointment certainly have turned things around for us and I would suggest that there is a chance we will survive again this season - but can we do better?
This is how the table looks so far:
POSITION | TEAM | PLAYED | POINTS |
6 | Hearts | 26 | 34 |
7 | Aberdeen | 25 | 29 |
8 | St Johnstone | 23 | 27 |
9 | Kilmarnock | 26 | 26 |
10 | St Mirren | 25 | 22 |
11 | Hamilton | 25 | 21 |
12 | Falkirk | 25 | 20 |
Looks pretty tight doesn't it? This just goes to show how important it is to win as many of our remaining games as possible. The Hamilton and Aberdeen games are going to be must wins, we have already beaten the fillth from Glasgow's East End at home but can we repeat the win and end our 58 year hoodoo at Celtic Park? Time will tell The Hibbees have not been playing as well as they have been lately so this time, there is the chance to take all three points back to Ayrshire from Easter Road. Rangers at home - well we don't have a good record against them but we can afford to draw provided other results go our way.
