Well we have finally scored away and won away so now what we are looking for is a draw at the very least. In contrast why go for a draw when you can go on the attack and aim for a win?
It took just over 25 minutes for the opening goal to be scored, thanks to Aberdeen's Mark Kerr and the Dons were playing strong until Ayrshire's Finest started to put pressure on the Dons defence. It stayed 1-0 to the Dons at half time but it seems that Jimmy Calderwood's half time team talk actually worked and Killie kept on piling on the pressure until the Dons defence eventually broke and Liam Kelly scored the equaliser after 68 minutes.
Chances for other side came and went wide or hit off the bar until the he who could not bothered doing anything, during the 90 mibutes of our game with St Johnstone - I'm talking about Kevin Kyle here, scored the crucial winning goal for Killie in the 74th minute. The Dons did try to get the equaliser but failed and Ayrshire's Finest gain a crucial 3 points, ahead of the big high noon showdown with fellow strugglers Falkirk at the Theatre.
It's win or die in this game so come on boys - another 3 points please! Keep us where we belong - in the SPL!
